If you’ve visited lisadfostercoach.com recently, you may have noticed something different — I’ve just launched a new version of the site.

Nothing about why I do this work has changed. What’s changed is how easy it is to actually find your way around it. The old site had grown the way most sites do after years of posts, pages, and updates — a little patched together.

This version is built to make it simpler to find what you’re looking for, whether that’s a specific blog post, the leadership framework, or a way to get in touch.

Why I’m Excited About the New Site

In many ways, the new site will look familiar to anyone who visited it before. A lot of the content at Lisadfostercoach.com is the same. The same framework. The same services. And of course, the same coach!

But navigation is much easier!

If you get to the site and have questions, the most common questions are answered right on the homepage.

• What is leadership and how does it work? The framework is easy to find, just look for the hexagon graphic.
• How can I find out if I’m missing any key leadership skills? There are a few links to my leadership Skills Audit, where you can take a 3-minute quiz to get instant, personalized results.
• What services does Lisa offer? My services are highlighted on the homepage and on the top navigation so you can find them from anywhere.
• Is coaching really worth it for me? Find out with the Coaching ROI Calculator in the top navigation to get instant, personalized results about your estimated ROI.
• Who is Lisa and what’s her story? My bio is on the home page, along with testimonials, credentials, and a list of where some of my clients have worked to give you a sense of who with me.
• How does Lisa work with people? The customer journeys can be found at the bottom as the first blog — and it will stay there for the next time you come back.
• Where is the post that I was reading about recently? Recent blogs show up at the bottom of the home page and you can also find them from the top navigation, too.

A few things worth knowing

• Everything you’ve bookmarked at lisadfostercoach.com still works. Old links and blog post URLs carry over, so if you’ve saved something to come back to, it’ll still be there.
• All the content is still here. Every post, every resource — nothing got left behind in the move. It’s just easier to browse now.
• Most pages have FAQs and the blogs now have better navigation so you can find more content in the areas that interest you.

If you spot anything that looks off — a broken link, a missing image, something that doesn’t look right — I’d genuinely appreciate you letting me know. New sites always have a few small things that slip through, and an extra set of eyes helps me catch them faster.
