My Gratitude Project is a social media promotion by Lisa D. Foster, Coach, a sole practitioner whose registered office is at PO Box 725, Chilmark, MA 02535.
- The promotion is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
3. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. This promotion is running on FaceBook and Instagram.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. This promotion will run from Nov. 28, 2019 to Dec. 25, 2019. Closing date for entry will be Dec. 25, 2019. After this date the no further entries to the promotion will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the promotion are as follows:
- Like my FaceBook page or follow my Instagram page @lisadfoster. Followers must be active through Jan. 5, 2019 to be entered.
- Commit to practicing gratitude daily from when you join till Dec. 25, 2019. You will find daily tips and inspiration for your practice on my FaceBook and Instagram pages.
- Complete a short Gratitude Project Survey by Jan 1, 2020. You will need to access the survey via a link on my FaceBook page or find the survey via a link on my blog after Dec. 25, 2019. You must complete the survey by Jan. 1, 2020 and include your email address on the survey in order to be entered to win and to claim your prizes.
- Only entrants who complete the survey and are active followers of me on either FaceBook or Instagram through Jan. 5, 2019 are eligible to win.
10. Prizes are as follows:
Everyone who enters and completes the project will receive via email a coupon code for a free 30-minute coaching session. Coupons will expire on March 30, 2020. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Instructions for how to book your free session will be sent to you along with your code.
Five people will win a 60-minute coaching session with me via videoconference. These sessions must be redeemed by March 30, 2020 or they will expire.
One entrant will win a 4-session jump-start engagement with me worth $1000 as a Grand Prize. Winner can choose the goals or engagement service desired. The first session must be redeemed by March 30, 2020 and all free sessions must be claimed by June 1, 2020. Any free session not completed by June 1, 2020 will expire.
All sessions offered as prizes will be completed via teleconference (Zoom).
Prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and I reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Prizes will not be valid after their expiration date.
11. I reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. I am not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
13. The grand prize winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
14. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, I reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed. Entrants looking to claim their prize will need to book their appointment with me via email.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law. Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration unless any third party is materially necessary to the resolution of the dispute, then arbitration shall not be so mandatory unless the third party agrees unconditionally to participate. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. Lisa D. Foster, Coach shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23. Lisa D. Foster also reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
