One-on-One Leadership Coaching: The gold standard for leadership development for team managers and individuals wishing to improve their leadership effectiveness. Team Coaching: A team is defined as: a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, a set of performance goals, and a shared approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable.
