One-on-one coaching is an individualized process for improving leadership effectiveness and gaining recognition as a leader. We start with a full emotional intelligence assessment to identify your opportunities for growth and develop a plan for improvement. As we implement the plan, my coaching process uses your everyday experiences as the basis for conversation, self-reflection, and learning. As the client, you control what, when, and how you learn, choosing a focus and pace of learning that’s right for you.
On average, my clients report better relationships up and down their organization and less stress in 6 months. They substantially improve team focus and productivity within 3 months and are promoted within an average of 12 months.

My Coaching Process
My coaching process follows three phases:
- ASSESSMENT: I use interviews and quantitative assessments to identify: Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What’s holding you back?
- PLAN DEVELOPMENT: Together we’ll develop a coaching plan with the tools and skills you need to reach your goals. We’ll identify strategic priorities, set measurable goals, create action steps, and determine a timeline.
- IMPLEMENTATION: In coaching conversations, we’ll examine attitudes, emotions, and assumptions that hold you back at work. As you develop clearer value systems and more emotional intelligence, you’ll discover how to build trust and respect through authentic relationships that will be the basis for improving performance.
